United StatesThis was probably my favorite tea at the NW Tea Festival in Seattle. I'm more of a fan of black teas, but this Houjicha was great when cold brewed. I like to go to a local Steepology for tea most days. They have a Houjicha, but I rarely get it and will cold brew this stuff at home instead.

I totally agree with the way you drink Houjicha! That is absolutely delicious. And when in cold weather, I also recommend to brew our Houjicha in hot water.
